BIOGRAPHY

Liviu Calin Badila is an Musician / Creative Artist, from Romania, with in-depth musical knowledge of: theory, culture and performance.

Piano has been his main instrument for 10+ years, with a portfolio full of diplomas from contests.

He studied for 10 years at an arts school / high-school from Romania, at Liceul de Arte “Sigismund Toduță” in Deva.

Liviu moved to England where he started studying at ACM, currently in the last year for (BaHons) Music Industry Practice Degree, to expand upon his knowledge of music and approach to industry, helping his desire to achieve a great and rewarding career as an artist / performer.

His tutors are a exponential inspiration to him and he has been studying under: Tim Hawes (Spice Girls, Sugababes, Five), Leddra Chapman (Ed Sheeran, Redzz) and Toby Drummord (The Seahorses, Shaun Ryder, Russel Watson, Ray Davies and Cliff Richard).

Practically, Liviu Calin Badila manifests his desire to play music at: theatres, weddings, birthdays, events and concerts. In the future, he is aspiring to work on cruise-ships and gain the experience of working far away from home in this domain, building relations world-wide and keeping ahead of his rivals during the time he will be there.

Liviu likes to specialise in more than one department, taking on: professional producing, singing, learning new instruments and also pursuing further knowledge upon them.

He hasn’t released music on any platform yet, but he’s eager to achieve his creative personality during the time he performs and gets experience in the performance field.

He wants to know his work-space very well, eventually being able to build his personality and help other small artists with their up-coming in the industry.

Mr Badila began his journey playing classical piano, which he got to a professional degree at the young age of 12, with musical pieces written by: Beethoven, Bach and Mozart, among many others.

At 14 he started getting into heavier music, like: metal, rock, alternative and fast edm, which exponentially inspired Liviu Calin to pursue a creative artist career and write in these styles, sparking positive and inspiring messages throughout his material and eventually grow a loyal fanbase, backed by his experience in music and his own general knowledge in order to manifest art, with passion, between him and the public.

He sees his career as living and breathing, which grows over time if well fed and given care of, theoretically speaking. He will achieve: a bright persona, a numerous fanbase and timeless engaging musical pieces throughout his creative career.

His competitors could be keyboard players that could reach a high number of octaves with their hands as well as proficient and very fast players that can play very difficult musical pieces.

He differs from his competitors by being a very: understanding, friendly and respectful person , having the experience to back himself up and the fact that he is always: proficient, creative and engaging in other fields, which are out of his comfort zone as well.

As an artist, Liviu prefers to focus on more than one genre, convinced in an open-minded approach to art, but some of his most luminaries are: Alternative, Rock, EDM, Classical, Hip-Hop and Pop. He is constantly trying to put the connection between genres into perspective, be honest and also supportive of them as a whole.
